Home built woody style, modified from Speedway Motors plans. This is my third one, I build them for a hobby and profit. 3/4" stained maple plywood with solid walnut trim. Painted portion is fiberglass panels over the plywood. Color is pewter gray. Inside floor is 55" x 95". Inside cabin floor is 75" x 55" X 45" high, will accept full size air mattress. Ground to outside top is 62 1/4". Only been on road to be weighed 980 pounds, tongue weight 160#. Stainless steel hardware, chrome latches, 12V and 110 VAC interior lighting. 110VAC requires campsite hookup or generator. New wsw tires P225/70-15 w/alloy wheels. Left side window is 22" x 30" opens w/screen. Door window is 16" x 24" opens w/ screen. Leaf springs and shocks, 2" ball, safety chains and tongue jack. Sealed, caulked and undercoated. Exposed wood has 3 coats of Helms satin spar urethane. Galley has gas struts, storage, microwave, hurricane hinge and 110vac and 12v receptacles. New battery is for 12v interior lighting. Microwave and AC can be easily removed. Trailer has standard 4-wire hookup to vehicle. Galley and Side door both lock. Final payment to be in cash during my bank hours at pickup.
