Is just over 42.5 feet long, with 5 slide outs, GVWR 16,470 and dry weight of 12 ,235 Lb. This trailer was nicely optioned and features two awnings with LED lighting, 2 ACs, 6 point self leveling, trim less windows. Trailer has unique lay out with large front living area with fireplace, large TV, two recliners and two sofa beds. Middle Kitchen with large fridge, pantry, laundry hook up, and dinning for four. The trailer has Texas Non Repairable Title due to being in a fresh water flood. There was no water inside at all, water level was approximately one inch in to front lower compartment area. Under belly was removed inspected with no damage . Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell.
