Trailer has four slides is approximately 39 feet long, with GVWR weight 15,500 lb, Dry weight of 13,680 lb, 57 gl Fresh water tank, 80 gl Grey, 40 gl black tank, 2 air condition units, 6 point auto leveling, one awning, and much more. Trailer has great lay out 4 recliners and sofa bed in the rear, Kitchen with solid counters, large residential refrigerator, dining table for four (two chairs missing), separate sleeping area with sofa bed, over-head sleeping area above bedroom. Large front bedroom with walk around queen bed, large walk-through bathroom with a residential shower, and washer/dryer.
The trailer has Texas Salvage Certificate Title due to water damage . Portion of the floor was replaced by the main door, and rear right slide-out floor was replaced. Main awning was also replaced.
