| “32 ft., 2018, Class B+, Model 5316 on 2017 Ford E450 chassis with a V10, gasoline engine. Under 9,700 miles. Big enough for comfort, small enough to drive easily. Made in Nappanee, Indiana. Bought in late Aug. '17. They won't tell you this, but ALL manufacturers send "kits" to their dealers. Manufacturers put in most of the parts, but don't connect them all; or properly. The dealer is to check and fix everything before you drive it off the lot. This rig has been taken for a shakedown cruise. Many things were corrected by owner and two dealers. Now all systems function as they should. Oil changed twice on Onan 4kW generator in keeping with break-in schedule.Tires inflated at Truck Tire dealers.Wear marks in kitchen sink. Edge of bath door shows some wear. Limb rub on L side.Always used a water filter and pressure regulator connecting to "City" Water.Selling because first grandchild due in March. Other family health needs.Now stored in gated shelter w/ 30 Amp power.” |

Manufactured in Nappanee, Indiana. Bought near Chicago in late Aug. "17.
They won"t tell you this, but ALL manufacturers kind of send kits to their dealers. Manufacturers put in most of the parts but don"t connect them all; or properly. The dealer is supposed to check all the systems and fix everything before you drive it off the lot. This rig has been taken for a shakedown cruise. Numerous things were corrected by two dealers. Now, all systems function beautifully.
The class is B+ . It is like a Class C only there is not a bed over the cab. We liked that because it gives a better view of the mountains and weather overhead. The bed on C"s hang over you and block those views. (Class A"s have great views but no airbags. This B+ has both.)
This rig has an upgraded, much quieter water pump, a second battery for longer boondocking life. Includes everything needed for full hook-up or boondock camping; cables, dump hoses, etc. It also has LED interior and exterior lights for longer boondocking. Includes white cab window cover for temperature management and additional privacy.
