You may find dealers that are selling these for $39,999 but that price is not going to include any of the items that you really need for actual camping like the weight distribution hitch (cant tow without it) and generator (that I"m including) or expensive upgrade options, extended warranty, tax, title, etc. . This trailer has all of the upgrade options and they"re all included here. You will save more than a few thousand $ by buying mine.
We bought the 315RLTS because it"s the best of the best when it comes to travel trailers. We were certain that we were going to have to spend 6 weeks in Houston (live in L.A) with our 3 dogs and 2 cats while my fiancé had brain surgery by a specialist there. With all of the follow ups and hotel costs, it just made sense to buy this instead. The surgery ended up being done (success!) a few minutes from home. We then took this trailer out for a few days while she was recovering. It truly is amazing and comfortable. Unfortunately, we just aren"t camping people and haven"t found ourselves planning any trips with it so I"m regretfully listing it here. I love the thought of having it but its just not being used. It"s basically brand new and includes some expensive extras that I bought new and have been stored inside and covered.
This is not a desperation sale so please don"t bother with low-ball offers. I owe the actual selling price on the loan.

Yamaha EF6300ISDE inverter generator. (has 19 hours on it from our 1 trip). Yamaha generator cover. Yamaha generator remote start kit (installed). Aluminum ramps for putting the generator into the bed of a truck. Power cable adapters to plug the 50A cord into 110V, or 30A. Equalizer 14,000lb hitch with appropriate 14K hitch ball. (installed) Craftsman torque wrench with correct sockets and extensions for the trailer wheel lugs and the hitch ball. High quality Thetford Shure Lock sewer hose kit. Roadside reflector triangle kit. Dual element water filter kit (uninstalled, new in box) Misc hoses and adapters that the dealer (Mike Thompson) include as part of a $300 extras package. Craftsman tote bag for all of the tools and accessories. Generator oil Water pressure regulator adapter
I replaced the fixed A/C vents in the living areas with adjustable/closable roof vents to get more A/C to the bedroom if desired. (works great).
