Everything works 100% or your money back! Like new, beautiful and amazingly quiet motorhome is one of a kind, as the paint was custom ordered from the Forest River Paint Shop. Also, not found in a Forest River motorhome are the Splendide stacked washer and dryer and the wood plank tile floors. (Note this custom tile upgrade vs. the shiny but slippery version normally found in this model). Forest River installed, at our request, a roof mounted Sirius XM radio antennae, which is a wonderful addition while driving down the road. If you want satellite this one has the Traveler HD Direct TV, but you could change it to Dish if you like. This is a Bunk model that we used for a large closet, and you can store your La-Z-Boy rocker recliner in there. There are 1.5 baths, an 8000 W Onan generator, and a 10" Magnadyne screen w/nav in the cockpit. Full multi-flex lighting system and you can use your phone to control the slides, generator etc. The master has a King Bed, the kitchen a 22-cf fridge. The hot water is a continuous on-demand Truma, which is absolutely amazing. There are 5 interior TV"s and a 6th is a 40", and part of the outside entertainment center under the 18’ Carefree Latitude awning. (Note no vertical side rails on the awning). One of the two large double door storage bays has a 50" wide X 8 feet Slide out storage tray. More items include a fireplace that heats, auto leveling chassis, Cummins 380 and Allison 3000 6 speed transmission, with a 10,000 pound towing capacity. (We never towed.) Michelin Tires. The sofa is a sofa bed with a mattress, not a jack knife sofa. Never used, of course. This coach has the actual MCD shades. Forest River went to an off-brand for 2019. The steering wheel is leather and wood, just like the Allegro Bus and Cornerstone. My wife is sort of eccentric when it comes to cleaning; the carpets were shampooed after removing the protective film from the factory. The cabinets were cleaned with Murphy"s Oil Soap and lined to prevent any scratching of the wood base; shoes have never been worn in the motorhome. Also, no pets have been in this motorhome. Better than new, with a carnauba wax finish that includes the shiny white one-piece fiberglass roof. This one was factory and custom ordered with all available options new, not a walked through, on the lot, left over. Warranty 2 years on the Freightliner, Cummins and Allison drive train and chassis. 1 Year on Lippert Components, like the automatic steps and hydraulic slides and levelers.
