We purchased this trailer brand new in 2018. I have all the paperwork. I began converting it over shortly after. It has two windows installed, an RV door lock and a fantastic fan. It"s wired for solar only (no sure power). I have 3 led lights installed and a couple 12 outlets. I used them for a portable fridge and 12v TV. It comes with two 100W solar panels and a 125AH solar battery. Everything works great. There is plenty of storage under the bed area and also storage built into the front. See the pics. FB only allows 10 pictures but I have more if you need to see them. I made a pull out table in the bed frame. It comes with a brand new spare tire which has never been used. The trailer has less that 150 miles on it. I just finished upgrading it in the fall of 2019 and we only got to use it once. We did notice there was a leak in the back around the back doors. It was late in the season and very cold when we parked it so I never got a chance to inspect it. The floor in the undercarriage has aluminum flashing installed. I wanted to protect the underside of the floor from water so to extend the life of it.
