Exterior: Shell in great shiny condition. This Camper was purchased from a local insurance company it came with three- four inch gel coat cracks due something hitting the belly band. Cracks were repaired with new fiberglass and re-gel coated.
Interior: very clean original interior, no water leaks, no soft floors, no flood. Rear dinette table converts into a full size bed. This camper only sleeps two.
Chassis: 3” high lift suspension, electric brakes, 3-15” tires about 16 months old, chassis has no rust.
Services recently performed: * Brand new Walmart marine battery * Water heater service * All plumbing functions, lines, connections, valves all inspected * Wheel bearings repacked / re-greased, brakes serviced * New propane tanks * LED interior lighting * All exterior windows have been re-sealed * All new exterior rivet caps
All electric, plumbing, interior/exterior lighting, propane lines, stove, fridge have been tested and in 100% functioning condition.
This camper will be setup at a local Rv resort so the buyer’s can test out all functionalities.
Clean Texas title in hand, Texas state inspection completed.
Buyer is responsible for item pickup within 14 days of auction end date, seller can assist in obtaining transportation quotes.
