We keep them in the fleet only 2 years and then we upgrade to new ones. Maintained by us and in very good condition. Only conditioning issue I could find was the ripple in the aluminum trim where the trim hit the door. Cosmetic only. This camper comes with a -Stove _Furnace _Air Conditioner 5000 BTU queen and full bed.
