We purchased this camper in anticipation of traveling after retirement. Due to heath concerns that will not be possible.
This Aliner LXE Off Road (15 Feet)( 12ft x 76in interior) sleeps two and is like new in every respect. Self contained hard-body pop-up camper with kitchenette, shower, toilet, and rear sofa/bed combination. This unit Is equipped with the optional rear hard dormer and standard front dormer.
We bought it new from a dealer in Colorado, drove it home (about 1150 miles) and parked it in the driveway. We slept in it two nights on that trip. It has been covered by a camper cover and wheel covers for all but about 4 or 5 weeks since it was parked. It looks as good as the day we bought it. We have connected a fresh water line and tested for leaks and proper operation of the faucet and shower, the 12 volt water pump for the fresh water tank is working fine as is the toilet system and water heater. We pulled it on the road and brakes work fine as do all the lights. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, furnace, Fantastic Fan and air conditioner all work. This camper could not be any closer to like new condition.
This camper has nearly every option that is available. We also are including the camper and tire covers, a new $350.00 awning and custom made sofa/bed cushions ($600.00).
* * * This is the Off Road version of the LXE which means it is equipped with the 3000 lb axle instead of the 2500 lb and has the 14” instead of the 13” tires. This Aliner has hard dormers front and rear, two 20 lb propane tanks with cover, rear mounted spare tire and carrier, 12 volt battery in covered case, 11 gal fresh water tank, external fresh water hose connection, propane hot water heater, two interior lights, reversible Fantastic Fan, CO (Carbon Monoxide) detector, smoke detector, 16,000 BTU furnace, 5,000 BTU Air Conditioner, two burner cook top, outside grill, LP port outside for grill, sink with faucet, Solar Ready (external connector for solar panels) no solar panels included, interior Cassette Toilet/Shower combo, outside shower, cable TV connectors, diamond plate rock guard front and rear, hookup light, High Wind/Lift Assist kit, 3 way refrigerator (A/C, Propane, 12 volt), Microwave, 4 stabilizer jacks, external connection for gray water (shower and sink), Toilet is cassette type (has reservoir that is dumped), 35 amp converter.
