As new condition. Only used 5 times with 2 adults since we purchased it new. Work commitments mean that we are not getting the use that we hoped we would get. Lots of space inside with separate bedroom with walk around queen bed (my wife"s choice!) and a separate sofa where you can relax in the evening and watch some TV (my choice!). Décor is light and airy. The slide on the dinette makes a big difference to the feel and practicality. We added rear view cameras (backup and driving), code locks on lockers and a memory foam topper for the bed. Otherwise its as new. If required it could be sold ready to go with a weight distribution/sway control hitch and much of the auxiliary equipment that you need to go camping.
