THIS RV IS SOLD AS IS, STANDARD MERCEDES 3 YEAR WARRANTY EXISTS, THOR WARRANTY WAS 1 YEAR.
Please schedule buyers inspection to take place prior to the end of the auction because this auction results in a binding contract to purchase.
Deposit is NON-refundable and expected immediately at the end of the auction.
Payment in full is due with in 72 hours the end of the auction.
Title is Clear and in my possession, I will overnight or hand to if local, once payment by my bank (Chase) is verified as clear or cash is in hand. I will also provide necessary bill of sale so you may register in your home state.
I will relist/offer to other bidders should the winning bidder default on these terms.
Please note the miles may increase up to but no more than 250 miles due to showings.
Buyer is responsible for transportation/delivery and applicable taxes/registration in your state. I know that Nevada residents do not have to pay sales tax from a private party sale, which this will be since I am not a dealer.
Check your DMV for temporary trip permit (plate) if you will pickup and drive this RV home yourself. Most states offer such a thing from point A to point B.
