Seller Notes: “ This RV is in very good condition. We have taken it onfamily vacations over much of the US and Canada from our home in Illinois. Weare now empty-nesters, and have decided to sell. The RV runs, drives, andhandles excellent and it drove through the US and Canadian Rocky Mountainsgreat. This is a very clean, comfortable camper and the layout is very good fora family. The beds are comfortable and seating is plentiful. The engine runsstrong and does not use oil. We are non smokers and do not have pets. The RVdoes not smell as if anyone has smoked or had pets in it. We are the secondowners. There is a smallripple/crease in the right front fender (see photo) that is hard to see. This was there when we purchased the unit from the first owner. In addition, I repaired the microwave frame (see photos) where it had cracked. ” This Thor Motor Coach Four Winds 30C bunkhouse model includes sleeping for 8 including a set of bunks, a cab-over bunk, plus sleeping area from a sofa and dinette.The living room slide out features a 66" jackknife sofa, a double kitchen sink and countertop space. There is overhead storage for dishes and things. The counter continues along the interior wall, plus there is a three burner range, microwave oven, and counter extension. The refrigerator is on the opposite side. The appliances work well. There is a dinette for meal time, relaxing, or sleeping space opposite the sofa. In front there is a cab-over bunk that is 54" x 96". There is also a 32" LED TV with Sony CD/DVD player to watch while in the living/kitchen area. There is a side aisle bath on the right side. The bath features a shower, toilet and vanity with sink. Across the hall from the bath is a set of bunks that are 30" x 72". The bedroom in the back has a queen size bed with nightstands on both sides. The bunks and bedroom feature a slide out for added space. There is an on-board Cummins/Onan gas generator, in-dash DVD multimedia receiver with Bluetooth, and backup camera.
It has been a great way to travel with our family of five. However, our kids have recently all moved out, so we have decided to sell. The RV has ample storage inside and out. The roof is in very good condition, as are the slides.
