Vehicle description
Thor Majestic 30" Class C RV Sleeps 8
Built on Ford E450 Super Duty frame with the V10. Ex- Cruise America Commercial Grade Rental Vehicle. We purchased it in March of 2021 from Cruise America in Los Angeles. The outside is a blank canvas of white paint to be filled with your dream design to make it yours. We traveled approximately 10k miles in it since we purchased it.
In that time, we have: Replaced all (6) tires with new tires. Added an AC/DC television with remote and dvd. Added a spare tire and electric dc jack Replaced shower cover and front vent cover Replaced 100AH cabin battery with a quality new one I have changed the oil according to schedule (twice since I have owned it) Did caulking, tightening and anchoring several inside panels. Manufactured shelf rack for extra storage under master bed.
It features: V10 Engine (the big one) Onan 4000W generator. Starts easily and works great! Refrigerator operates fine with AC or Gas Has 3 eye propane stove with vent Has onboard 10gal propane tank Has 5gal water heater. Has tow hitch with a claimed 2500lb capacity (hitch capacity) Solar trickle charger for cabin battery
What is also included: 2 Potable Water Hoses 1 almost new water filter 1 water pressure regulator some RV friendly toilet paper Dump tanks hose 4 manual stabilizer jacks cusions/mattresses some with covers covers for the couch and the dining table seats covers for the driver and passenger seats Inside is kept heated for dryness and smells pleasant.
It has been an adventure owning this RV. It turned out to be a fairly good unit once we got a few kinks worked out. We saw amazing things traveling the United State. Now it is time to let someone else have an adventure. With spring already in the air, now is the time to get this one. It has lots of storage and could easily be a full timer vehicle. We really hate letting this RV go but out daughter required a more stable environment, so we had to stop and put down some roots. It has been an excellent experience overall.
Few things we did not get worked out: Unfortunately, the indicator wires for the black and gray tanks were damaged and so the panel inside does not indicate these levels. The microwave does not seem to spin the tray but works otherwise. A replacement was about $170 but we never got around to replacing it. We never used the shower. The outer shower cover was brittle from the sun and became damaged. I replaced the outer shower cover with a substitute that is not tall enough for the inside piece to fit. I kept the OEM inner shower cover in the hopes of one day have the outside shower cover replaced with the OEM taller piece. Shower is not ideal for tall people at the moment.
Please check my ebay rating. Serious buyers only. This rig is still new enough so most banks/credit unions will finance all or most of it.
Good, reliable RV.
