This vehicle is in excellent condition and was purchased 6 months ago as brand new. Extended warranty available. The seller is the only prior owner. Diesel Engine offers excellent towing power and good fuel mileage. Drivers cabin very comfortable, easy driving for both him and her and it has many amenities for travel comfort including back up viewing screen in mirror. Coach can park comfortably in most parking lots taking up less than a space and one half and saving towing a dingy for many types of trips. A short list of extras are : Dealer applied Sun Protection Coating Treatment with warranty. This application protects the roof and body from sun damage . There are 3 tv"s in this vehicle, one in the living area, one in the bedroom and one outside in a locked compartment. Searchable roof antenna brings in stations almost everywhere. There is a skylight with an electric window shade, a power awning with wind pressure retractability and a smaller awning that is over the bedroom slide out. A 12 volt attic fan and cover are in the kitchen and bedroom, queen size flip-up bed, convection microwave oven, reversible mattress, walk in shower with curtain, outside shower, system control center and DIESEL generator, 13,500 BTU a/c. holding tanks, and some necessary living items are included. Full Disclosure : It is noted here that this vehicle had the bumper in front scraped along with the right side mirror during this past October. No other damage occurred. This minor damage was caused by an adjoining vehicle trying to back into a parking space when the coach was parked and the incident had to be reported as an accident.
