Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. Winning bidder must contact me after the auction ends and make arrangements A $500.00, non-refundable, deposit is due within (24) hours of Auctions end. The remaining balance is due within (5) days of Auctions end. Remainder of payment can be cash in person, bank wire transfer, or a certified cashiers check from a US Bank ONLY If the deposit is not paid within (24) hours of auctions end, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Taxes and Fees: In state texas buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close. Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate; you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. Please check into shipping pricing before bidding. Vehicle must be picked up (7) days after auction end unless prior arrangements have been made,
Buyer Pickup: A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
