Vehicle description
For sale is my 2017 Autumn Ridge 18QB. I bought this trailer in December 2016, one week after it arrived at Campers Inn in Tucker GA. I took delivery, and brought it straight home to my climate controlled RV building (the building was built for a 40" DP). I have used it three times since taking delivery, in parks close to my home in Tucker GA.
If you look at my reviews, you will see what to expect with this RV. It is completely flawless in every way. Not one scratch, blemish, or defect in any way, inside or outside of the RV. Other than the time it took to get to Campers Inn from Starcraft, the week they had it, and the three days I was in it, it has been indoors. It is shiny, waxed, and without flaws of any type.
I have made several additions to the unit. The stock steel wheels and C rated tires were replaced with cast aluminum wheels with Goodyear Endurance trailer tires load range D. Tires were load force balanced on Hunter balancing equipment. This additional 560 lbs of load capacity virtually assures no tires problems. The stock wheels and tires will come with the unit. The plastic toilet was upgraded to a Thetford Aqua-Magic High Profile. This is the best toilet available for this trailer. I added an electric water heater element to the gas water heater, and hard wired it to a dedicated breaker on the AC panel. The 40 lb lead acid battery was replaced with a 7 lb lithium ion battery, and a cut off switch added. The unit comes with a 22" TV that stores under the bed during travel. The trailer has a 16" electric awning that covers the entire curb side of the vehicle. Also, the furnace, water heater, and refrigerator are all on the street side, so no heat or noise while sitting under the awning.
This is a unique trailer. I selected this RV as it is the smallest TT available without a slide that has a walk around queen bed, couch (which slides out to make another berth), and full tub/shower.
I am reluctantly selling the trailer as we are downsizing our home, and I will no longer have a covered climate controlled place for the trailer. I paid $13,315 for the trailer, not including sales tax or the additions I have made. If I was going to buy another RV, a dealer would value this trailer for approximately $8,000, and ask $10,000 for it. I am starting the bidding at $4,000. If you win the bid, and find anything mechanical or cosmetic whatsoever wrong with the trailer, I will refund your deposit and you will have no obligation to complete the purchase. I always say this when I list something, and have never had to refund a deposit. The most common response is something like "I know you said it was nice, but this is unbelievable!".
The trailer must be picked up from my house in Tucker GA, just outside of Atlanta. The winner of this bid is going to be a very happy person!
