This is a very nice like new homemade trailer camper conversion. It has a brand new AC unit which is ice cold, Full 50 amp power run to 2 outlets, Insulation,beautiful hard wood floors, 40 inch LED TV , homemade desk in front to eat and hold storage, new futon, and a fridge. It does not come with a 50 amp cord but a 30 amp cord with adapter. Ive taken it all aroubd the US this year and it works wonderful.
