This trailer is in excellent condition and has only been camped in 7 times for a total of 20 days. Non-smoking campers with one Bassett Hound. The exterior has faded some from the Southern California sun but has no damage. The interior shows signs of use consistent with it"s age and use. It has a power awning, power slide dining area, dual batteries, dual propane w/ auto switch valve. Inside there is a queen bed, dinette conversion bed, flat screen tv, air conditioning, oven, 3 burner cook top, cook top exhaust fan and light, microwave, water heater, full bathroom. 2 manual ceiling vents, smoke detector, CO2 detector, window treatments with pull down blinds, LED lighting, furnace, 2-way refrigerator and freezer, tank and battery monitors, USB charging stations and several 110v outlets, under bed and under dinette storage, pass through outdoor storage in front and lots of cabinet space. This unit is ready to go, EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT WAS WHEN NEW. It will be sold with all of the camping necessities that we used or we can clean it totally out, your choice. Clean Tennessee trailer tags and title in hand. If you want to take delivery immediately than cash will be required, any other form of payment will need to clear my bank first.
