For Sale: 2017 Keystone Springdale Mini 1700FQ travel trailer. A rear full bath and front sofa with Murphy bed make this Springdale Summerland Mini a cozy couples travel trailer. This single axle model 1700FQ is just right for summer camping for two or three individuals. Step inside and find a sofa and Murphy bed up front. There are also dual closets, and an end table plus open storage under the closets to help keep things neat and organized. To the left of the entry door find a booth dinette with storage above. This is perfect for enjoying your meals at, and also can be easily made into additional sleeping space at night. The kitchen area offers a two burner cook-top and overhead microwave oven, a single sink with a bit of counter space. There is also refrigerator, plus overhead cabinets for dishes and things. A side wall mounted air conditioner. In the rear of this Summerland Mini you will find a full bath featuring a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity with sink, plus so much more! This Trailer comes with a Few other extras that you won"t find on a standard small trailer off of the lot. I installed a new Bulldog electric power tongue jack, A 24" color smart TV, an ADCO Tyvek Plus RV Cover, and an RV Sofa saver cover, aerated shower head and propane tank cover. All stay with the trailer. I also had a battery cut off switch installed. The Jacket bike rack above the tongue does not stay with the trailer. We bought this trailer new and only used it five times because of work constraints. We both have recently retired now and have decided to move up to a larger coach for longer stays at campgrounds. It"s a very light weight, easily tow-able trailer that is in better than like new condition. We towed it with our Ford Explorer. If your moving up from a pop-up or downsizing from a larger trailer you won"t find one better for the price. Its in like new condition and a perfect entry level trailer.
