VERY LOW RESERVE PRICE
I purchased this Fusion 414 less than a year ago. I had it built and added every option offered on this unit. We made one 60 mile trip to Disney World and have not used it since. I had hoped we would get the time to use it. But, right now we do not have the time. I paid 85K for this unit and it is in better shape than new. All the toilet paper holders and towel bars have been added along with many, many other needed ad-ons like big duel 6-volt batteries to replace the single 12 volt battery $425. cost. Washer/dryer $1,650. and still never used. Tailgator satellite system (still in the box) $409.00. 42 gal. waste tote (never used) allows you to dump your holding tank to this wheeled tote. With this Keystone Fuzion 414 Chrome fifth wheel toy hauler you will get it all! This model features one and a half baths, sleeping for 9 or 10, a loft, a king bed in the master with memory foam mattress, triple slides for plenty of space, 3 air conditioners, washer and dryer installed, plus a fully cooled 12" of garage area for your toys and dinning area!
Loading things will be easy into the garage space using the 8" rear ramp door, then secure your precious cargo with the 5K Inter-Locking tie down system. Next its gathering up gear and a bit of food for your awaited adventure. With everything provided inside, you are sure to want to stay away a little longer.
The cargo area features dual opposing sofas with a top queen bed that can be lowered once you reach your destination and the toys are removed. During your stay you have plenty of seating space and sleeping for a few more friends. There is even a loft above the cargo area with a private toilet area beneath. This way you can keep things inside the main part neat and tidy. There is also a 40" LED TV in the cargo area for you and the gang to enjoy between rides.
Step inside the main living area and enjoy a wide open space thanks to dual opposing slide. There is an L-shaped sofa and counter peninsula with double sink, and a three burner range along the road side. There is also a nice pantry and counter area with overhead storage along the interior wall. The slide opposite the L-sofa features a standard size sofa and an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator for all of your cold items to keep fresh for awhile. A nice big LED TV and fireplace are also found just off the sofa and refrig. slide out.
At the main entry door step in and head up to a front private master suite with complete bath on your left. There is a residential shower, toilet, and corner vanity with sink. You can also access the linen cabinet that is part of the wardrobe slide out in the bedroom thanks to a second sliding bathroom door that leads into the master which is also accessible from the hallway door. Here you will find a quiet retreat with a king size bed featuring a memory foam mattress. There are storage spaces on either side, along with overhead cabinets too. And, of course there is storage for your clothing in the wardrobe slide out, plus so much more!
