This unit has a REBUILT TITLE. It was built in March 2017, purchased new from a dealer in June, taken on it"s first camping trip where it was promptly driven under a low hanging branch, which tore the Dicor II PVC roof material and broke 2 fans and a skylight. Their insurance company salvaged it, put protective plastic wrap on the roof, and I purchased it in July 2017. It was put under cover and totally restored by August 2017.
These items have been professionally installed and independently inspected:
New OEM DICOR II Gray PVC Roof Material New OEM front vent New OEM bath vent fan New OEM Skylight New OEM Baggage Door and Lock New Front Landing Gear Leg Assembly New OEM Goodyear spare tire and OEM Aluminum Rim New Deep Cycle Marine Battery New 30# LP tanks
This unit has been Re-Certified for highway use by the State of Michigan which involved another inspection. This is known as a "REBUILT" Title.
That being said, if you are uncomfortable about the title, then look elsewhere, just expect to pay an additional $15,000 +/-.

I have taken it on 4 camping trips with my Silverado 3/4 ton Diesel. Just this month, 700 miles and can vouch that it has NO ISSUES! It pulls like a dream even at 70 MPH. (MorRyde Shock Abosorbing Pinbox- a $650 add-on)
I am selling it because I have the Double RR license and have since purchased a new boat. Unfortunately, the boat is too long to be pulled behind my crew cab and this 37 FT. fifth wheel and still be under the legal 75 FT. overall length limit. I love this fifth wheel, but I love my boat more, so I downsized to a shorter fifth wheel so I can pull everything I want on my trips!
