Hello! I bought this trailer in January of 2017 thinking I could take it with me wherever my next job was. Then, I got a job in Hawaii. And so I must sell my awesome trailer and give up my prime spot in the East Bay - just 5 miles north of Berkeley, CA. My loss is your opportunity! Perfect for one person or a couple. Available December 28th, potentially negotiable.

The trailer occupies a space in the east bay (San Pablo area). I am SELLING the trailer, but more importantly, you have the opportunity to live in the trailer and RENT the space it currently occupies. YOU WOULD BUY THE TRAILER! The sale price is $29,999. You would finance the trailer as you would any car, trailer, or RV. Your payments would be around $300-$400/month. The finance payments could be through Good Sam RV, Lightstream, or even your bank. Or, want to move it? Of course you can come take the trailer away.
Details: The RENT for the space is $780/month. Water/electric/sewer/trash totals less than $100/month. Plus internet and phone, you are looking at less than $1300/month to live in this space. To live in the park, you must pass a credit/background check with the park owner. He requires one-month deposit ($800) and I believe there is a nominal application fee. And that $1300/month INCLUDES your finance payments. So in the end, you are paying for something every month that you would own.
The trailer is 29ft 9 inches long with two slides. I purchased the trailer brand new in January 2017, and I have lived in the trailer intermittently since then. Only driven 50 miles from the dealership in Santa Rosa.
You can have one dog less than 30 pounds.
The park is wonderful, quiet and safe with flowers in the back yard. The space comes with a picnic table and shed. It"s right off 80, so easy access to the rest of the bay. I love this park and I"m sad to leave it.

This 2650RK model provides sleeping for four, a front bedroom, and so much more!
Step inside and find a complete bath straight ahead. This is a convenient location from anywhere in the trailer as well as from outside. Inside the bath find a shower with skylight, a vanity with sink, linen cabinet, and toilet.
The front master bedroom gives mom and dad a bit of privacy if they like. Inside enjoy a comfortable queen size bed, dual bedside wardrobes, overhead storage, plus an additional wardrobe in the corner.
To the left of the main entry door find a slide out telescoping 40" LED TV, a cozy fireplace, countertop space, and a three burner range with overhead microwave. Along the rear of the trailer there is more counter space for preparing meals, and a large single sink for washing the dishes, plus overhead storage for your pots and pans. The road side slide completes the kitchen by featuring a refrigerator. There is a pet dish located beneath the refrigerator for an added convenience. Food storage isn"t an issue for your family or your pets in this trailer.
An optional chaise L-lounge dinette with a removable table including chase storage are next to the refrigerator within the slide out providing seating and sleeping space for two.
