For sale is 2017 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Lite 386FBK fifth wheel trailer. Trailer is has full bathroom with double sinks in front and half in living area. It is 40 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 14,040 and dry weight of 10,594 Lb. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with Fireplace, large TV, sofa beds and two recliners. Trailer has out side BBQ and fridge, electric awnings with LED lighting, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with large residential refrigerator and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around Queen bed (can fit King), Its own TV area, Large bathroom and walk in closet. Please look at over 200 pictures bellow.
The trailer has Florida Certificate of Destruction due to being in storm damage. It appears that a tree branch fell on the trailer. Please see last few pictures of the damage before repairs. Trailer was not in a flood, it appears little rain water did got in side from the roof damage. (Roof repair will be redone more professionally and new pictures uploaded). There is no evidence of any water damage. Trailer was towed from Alabama to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now in California, does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay 7.25% sales tax.
