PEFECT CONDITION! We bought this RV 3 weeks ago and used it less than 48 hrs.Plastic is still on the mattress, shower never used,stove and oven never turned on,hot water heater never used. Basically the A/C and lights where the only mechanical things in use. We love this RV but we have a 1 1/2 year old and a 3 year old so we learned quickly that the camping thing will need to hold off for a few more years until they are older.
