Vehicle description

We’re selling our recently built 2017 Ford Transit with Colorado Camper Van pop-top and interior finishing. This is a great van and virtually brand new (completed in June 2018), but it doesn’t fit our family the way we have hoped. The van itself came off the line in May of 2017. It was a leased fleet vehicle for 9 months and ~27k miles. We bought it the spring of 2018, brought it to Colorado to be outfitted by Colorado Camper Van and have driven it an additional 6k miles. The odometer currently reads 33k miles, leaving another 3000 miles of full factory warranty in addition to the 5 yr/60k miles powertrain warranty. The van drives very well; it handles great, fits in a standard parking spot, has plenty of power to go down the freeway and over mountains, and is very comfortable to ride in. The van was professionally outfitted by Colorado Camper Van in Loveland, CO. They installed their custom pop-top as well as insulating and finishing the interior, installing an electrical system, and adding cabinets and appliances. Our layout was setup to accommodate our family of 4 with seating for 3 in the back (including mountings for 2 child seats) and sleeping for 4 (2 in the pop-top and two in the rear bed). There is a bunch of room for storage both in the living area of the van and in the back underneath the bed. Here is a link to a video walkthrough we put together with more details: https:/ drive.google.com/open?id=1wTNDsCvcOKcT0x-MW2GOaWmgYzxSuLgi Here are some more specs: Van: -2017 Ford Transit 150 -33,000 miles -3.7l V6 Engine -6 Speed Shiftable Automatic Transmission -Cruise Control -Backup Camera -Auxiliary Audio Input Camper Van Components -Pop-top with electrical lift, thermozite insulation, 3-layer windows (screen, clear, insulated), 6 LED lights, USB power outlet -Auxillary Battery System independent of starting battery mounted underneath van. Designed to supply power to all electrical devices for 3-4 days without charging. Fully charged by the van alternator in 30-40 mins. -Interior wall and floor insulation and finishing. It’s worth noting that this is high-level professional work, not a DIY job. -Rear bed with built-in storage. Measurements are roughly 44” wide by 70” long. -3 person bench seat mounted in rear. 2 large sliding drawers mounted under seat. We also have a 2 person seat that could be substituted and will come with the van. -Kitchen Cabinet with butcher block counter top, dometic sink/stove combo, Norcold 3.1 Cubic Foot fridge/freezer, 2 doors to access under-sink storage, USB and cigarette lighter power supplied by house battery. -Overhead cabinet mounted above rear bed. -Espar B2 cabin heater with muffler. This thing is amazing! It runs off of gasoline from the van’s tank, pumps out a bunch of heat, has it’s own thermostat, and burns very little fuel. Having those allows you to camp in virtually any temperature and be comfortable. -Maxxair Deluxe Roof Fan. Power ventilation that can pull air out or push air in. Remote control operation with thermostat setting. -2 CR Lawrence windows with screened, vented openings -Swivels mounted on both front seats (driver’s and passenger).
