This is a 2017 Dutchmen Coleman Light LX 1925BH 24" Travel Trailer in like new condition; lightweight (3800 LBS dry). It is a bunkhouse model with a very comfortable murphy bed behind the sofa and side hanging storage closets. In the bathroom is a sink and cabinet with shower and toilet. The kitchen includes a large 115v/propane referigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, double sink and exhaust fan. The factory rooftop fan has been replaced with an RV Roof Vent Vortex II Upgrade Kit Multi Speed fan. Also added was a Camco Vent Cover. All interior lighting is LED. There is a power awning and exterior LED lighting. Battery, Propane tanks are included. Hitch is available separately. It is being sold as is with no warranty or guarantee and is located in Warminster, PA. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, license, title, insurance, transportation costs, and transport with a properly equipped and sufficiently rated tow vehicle. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by PayPal within 48 hours of purchase. Payment is due in full at time of pickup within 7 days of purchase by locally certifiable cashiers check, wire transfer or PayPal.
