I"m selling my year old 2017 Coachmen Clipper Cadet; it"s in mint condition. There are almost too many features to list: 5,000 BTU wall-mounted ac, 13000 BTU gas furnace, many 110 outlets, usb ports, led lighting throughout, electric awning, tons of storage, cable port, bathroom skylight & vent, gas hot water heater, full-size bed with lift up storage underneath, 2 burner stove, 5 cu ft refrigerator, microwave, pantry space &wardrobe, coach battery and propane tank, porch light.
It came with a 2 seater dinette that converts into a small bed. I took it out so I could fit a leather recliner instead. I have all the parts to convert it back.
It"s the perfect rig for 1 or 2 people. It weighs approx. 3500 lbs. and 18"2" long. Gently-used by myself; no accidents,clean title,non-smoking.
