We purchased this unit new in 2018. It is very well outfitted and due to our use of only about 8-10 mostly local camping trips by us (a couple in their early 70s) is in very good and immaculate condition. Please email with any questions. It tows very nicely behind our six cylinder SUV and sets up quickly. It has a very good AC unit and the two burner stove works great as does the built in two way powered refrigerator. Has a holding tank for fresh water along with standard RV park hook ups for power and water. It is equipped with electric brakes and weighs only 1,397 pounds empty – you won"t even know that it is behind you as you tow it. It has an outside shower, two propane tanks and a 12 volt battery for two way power. It has two skylights and a hot water tank with pressure pump. The two skylights with movable shades for a lot of light inside. The rear area with the dining table converts to a bed and there is another bunk on the other side of the interior; this camper can comfortable sleep a couple and a small child. It has a built in two burner stove and an adjacent sink. There are several storage areas with one having slide out drawers for utensils, etc. There is an electric vent fan in the ceiling that is reversible to bring in fresh air or exhaust heat during cooking. There are three operable tinted windows with screens. Fresh air flows through this camper very nicely. This camper can be set up by one person in less than a minute. We are located outside of Boerne, Texas in South Texas just north of San Antonio. We are retired and can show this camper with little notice. We can send more pictures if you will just let us know.
