Up for sale 2017 Airstream Basecamp 16 FT Travel trailer bumper pull with only 3500 LBS. weight. This is one of the most versatile travel trailer with tow access doors, and lots of space making this unit one of the most desirable and easy to operate and tow on the road. Original MSPR with some options was over $40K. This trailer was purchased from an insurance auction as a result of front top roof damage apparently from a fallen tree limb. Trailer has two windows busted as well as the roof edge top bent down. This will be an easy project for any experienced bogyman who knows how to work on sheet metal and also with porter puller to pull roof top to the right position. Aluminum sheeting is available from company in KS, we have purchased from them numerous times Aluminum sheeting in rolls different length for out previous Airstream body repair project. Windows can be ordered directly from Airstream factory through any of the local Authorized Airstream dealers. This is great deal on this unit, and for a right person it can be back o the road for many miles and trips to come. Trailer tows great, it just made a wonderful trip with no issues from Eugene, OR to St.Louis Missouri which is over 2K miles. Trailer pulls great, does not sway, handles really well. During transportation we used special type of white self adhesive collision tape which covers damaged window areas on the trailer(see last picture on the Ebay ad). We have also covered trailer with new collision tape and opened windows only for picture taking purposes. Trailer inside is pretty nice shape, not used a lot, no baad odors or smell of smoking pets etc. This trailer is being offered in "as is" condition, what you see is what you will get, all sales are final, no returns and no refunds.
