THIS IS A HANDY MAN SPECIAL . We have no keys to this unit so we can not open the rear door. The generator is missing so are the gas bottles and we dont know anything about the water or heat systems. NO GUARANTEES ON ANYTHING HANDYMAN SPECIAL We plugged it in and these the electrical things were in working order rear bed refrigerator AC microwave
The interior as you can see by the pictures needs help there are soft spots in the rear ceiling and wall by rear door (see pictures and video) it has been wet inside from leaking left rear side of roof so it has a very musty smell inside. NO GUARANTEES ON ANYTHING HANDYMAN SPECIAL
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics are in good shape and so is the working power awning ,there are some scratches and dents around it and the roof needs to be recovered or resealed or both (see pictures and video) NO GUARANTEES ON ANYTHING HANDYMAN SPECIAL Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
