Fully loaded (see picture of equipment included on this unit) with inside/outdoor shower, queen size bed/table, several storage cabinets, toilet, gas stove top with 3 burners and oven, gas/electric refrigerator, 13.5 ac, furnace 18,000 btu, 4 electrical outlets or more inside with tv hookup inside and outside, 6 gallon electric or gas hotwater heater, 25 gallon grey tank/25 gallon black tank, 31 gallon fresh water tank with direct hose hookup or can fill into separate holding tank, electric water pump, electric tongue, electric awning and outdoor led lights, 19" tv, stereo/dvd player, 2 axles with 4 tires are safer for flat tires situations and allows more weight. There are sensors for fresh/grey/black tanks to indicate how full the tanks are. This unit is authorized for a complete underbelly cover replacement/reseal by Winnebago due to prior warranty repair required a cut into material. Some of these units are sold do not have enclosed heated underbelly anyways. There is currently tape where handles were replaced for grey/black tanks. Everything currently works satisfactorily. Minimal normal wear and tear other than that.
