Excellent condition. Camped in only once. Originally purchased from Honey Badger Teardrops.see pic as it was originally purchased, all plywood. As built the camper was susceptible to water damage because seams were not caulked, and there were no drip gutters on door or frame. I coated the entire top of the camper with Titebond 2 and glued a covering of canvas. I then coated another layer of Titebond, and 5 coats of exterior paint. ( this technique is called "poor man"s fiberglass" and makes the surface virtually waterproof. ) I then added drip rails along the top on both sides, as well as around and abov the door. Tilt out windows on each side for cross ventilation. I added a large shelf as well as a mounting support for an AC unit, not included. Inside the camper I added insulation on the flooring, sides and ceiling. A large storage box was purchased from Tractor Supply and mounted on the the tongue along with a tongue jack. Finally I installed a bike rack suitable for 2 bikes. Brand new cover and spare tire included.
