We made this tiny house out of mostly pallet wood built directly on top of a 5 x 8 trailer. It is a framed construction with 4x8 sheeting covered in pallet wood. The interior floor is pallet wood, some of the studs are pallet wood, the oak ceiling beams are pallet wood as is the drop table and overhead cabinets. To be sure this house is tiny tiny tiny. It is really made for one person to sleep in. Two would fit, but it that would not leave much room for anything else. We left the studs open which allows for full use of the depth and width. When standing in it,it feels quite roomy but also cozy. There is a new window on every side and of course a solid wood door. There is an access point for running electricity to the interior. We added a couple small shelves. Adding more would be simple, but we thought best to leave up to new owner. We see many possible uses for this camper. It would be the ultimate in comfort for a hunting cabin, quaint for an artist studio or display shop - especially smaller items like jewelry or pottery that could fit on custom shelves in the walls. It would also make a fantastic one room school house for a traveling tutor. If you have a desire to go very green and live a minimalist lifestyle - this is the ultimate micro house. If you do flea markets and antique shows it would provide a great space to get out of the elements and draw attention to your selling space. The trailer is in great shape - we only used it minimally before we decided to turn it into a tiny house. Even on really hot days, it was cool inside because the windows allowed for great air circulation. We used it as a camper at a couple 4H shows but really built it to sell it. The ceiling is about 7 ft 10 inches tall in front and slants down a few inches from that on the back side. The bottom has a vapor barrier and plywood floor underneath the pallet hardwood floor. The top is new corrugated galvanized steel. It"s truly one of a kind.
