2016 tiffin phaeton 40 qbh. 5,400 miles. 4 slides, 380hp diesel pusher. 1 1/2 bath. full size residential fridge/freezer.This coach is all electric, 10,000 watt generator. diesel aqua hot heating. induction cook top for cooking, 3 rooftop a/c with heatpumps. NO PROPANE. sleeps 4 adults and 4 children comfortable. (king bed in bedroom, queen bed as pullout in drivers side couch. dinnette drops to sleep 2 person, and j knife couch on pass side drops down to sleep 2 person.) slideout cummins Generator has 131 hours. built in dishwasher, stacked washer and dryer. 4 flat screen smart tvs, 3 inside and 1 outside with soundbar outside. direct tv in motion satellite system with receiver. samsung home theater with blue ray throughout coach. This coach was involved in a flood in 2016 when the entire dixie rv dealership in louisiana was flooded and this particular rv was sitting in approx 10-12 inches of water. (meaning 1/4- 1/2 way up the tire, no water inside coach !) There where a few hundred brand new rv"s flooded and this was one of them. This coach sustained little to no damage and was purchased with less than a 100 miles on it and driven back here to pa, my family and i went to fort wilderness florida, myrtle beach SC, and a few local trips amounting to the 5400 miles on it now. I have been in the flood car repair business for 23 years now and this is the 3rd flood/salvage rv i have had the pleasure to own. There are no flood related problems with this coach ! I am 51 years old and i am old school, i would love a phone call and i will talk to you all day about the coach. I do not want to send 300 high resolution pictures, call me, and come look at it. This coach was 360k new, and still retails for 225-260k in the used market with twice the miles. Lets just say the flood "washed" away the loss you will and would take on this unit buying it elsewhere. The bottom line is 165k. I do not need money or need a fix. so please no insulting offers. This rv can be used for a year or 2 and you will re coupe all of your money, instead of losing 100k minimum. Myself and my family have driven this coach since brand new and have worked out all of the problems you encounter buying these brand new (god bless you). This coach is in like new condition and has always been stored in a heated garage since i have owned it.The lower front slideout for the generator has a small gash/crack in the fiberglass on the bottom from my driveway , I tried to take a pic of it ,but it is hard to photograph. All manuals, brochures,manuals, touch up paint etc as new are included in sale. cash on pickup
