This is a low mileage (28,278 miles), well cared for 27 foot Class A, whose primary residence was Florida, so she’s a little sun-kissed. Tires are in very good condition, alignment was completed at a Ford truck dealership, A/C and heat blow strong, bunk over cab comfortably holds up to 500 pounds. There is one rear driver"s side slide-out for the queen bed. Generator has 196 hours. She has three televisions (two inside, one outside), a three burner gas stovetop, convection microwave oven, fridge/freezer combo, deep circular sink, plenty of interior storage (drawers, closets, and under dinette benches), driver and co-pilot seats swivel and recline, extra workspace in cab, and tall person-sized bathroom. RV is registered in Florida and we are selling her due to a move. Non-smokers, very well maintained and cared for.
