This is not a typical recreational vehicle it was designed for long-term full-time. With three air conditions, gas and electric heating, USB wall sockets, Gas and Electric Hot water heaters, you won"t be disappointed in your new Tiny Home. We have used the travel trailer in -14 degrees weather on Lake Michigan ( winter 2017) with no problems of freezing pipes or wind penetration. The RV is hooked up and temperature controlled if you are wanting to check it out for one night on us.
The trailer has a SALVAGE TITLE due to a smoke and small mattress fire. Burned only the mattress and molding and the sleep number bed electronics. This was in 2016 when it was new and still on the dealership lot in North Carolina. It was purchased, cleaned (no smoke smell), and some repair made andanew components installed in forward cabinto include light switch, air conditioning controls, ventilation ducts, and cable TV connectors in the master bedroom only ( All other wiring and interior are factory original). New carpet was in master bedroom was installed along with bed box and slepp number controls. Molding trim for the bedroom slides will need to be purchased as well as repairs to the ceiling panels. The walls have plastic wallpaper that can be removed to reveal undamaged wood underneath. (see photos). We removed some of the panels and added R10 installation.
A brand new 55 inch Samsung Curved TV in the living room is included. The unit comes with a brand new dishwasher (never used), GE residential refrigerator, 2 Large capacity propane tanks for the furnace and a series of extra connectors. All side work just fine.
