This was purchased used by my father on Nov 2nd 2018. I was with him when he bought it. It was a one owner before he bought it. He passed away 2 weeks after buying it and never used it. Never opened it up or stored anything inside the camper itself. Its stored inside of a garage right now, and i would be willing to keep it there for free for up to 3 months. The pictures are from the dealership. I contacted them and they provided me with the pictures and info in this listing. I am selling as-is with TITLE CLEAR AND IN HAND, but i can say this unit is like brand new! Below is what the dealership provided but my own observations and declarations are: the propane tank cover isnt included, it blew off on the way home that day. brand new battery for the brake assist, never used porta-potty still in box and brand new outside mount stove-top still in box were included with it when we bought it. I liked the extra space in the front with the rack for bikes or firewood or coolers! My dad had a few pop-up"s before and honestly it sucked, this seemed very very easy to use and set-up/take-down. Im not a camper so i really cant say much more, but if you have questions please ask, i"ll find out! I will not go through too much trouble by unlocking it, dragging it out of storage, etc to peek inside. .otherwise it"ll be in the spring estate auction. I figured i"d give someone the chance to get this like new unit. Who ever had this before used it a few times. The area where the table is turns in to a bed too using the booth cushions, pretty slick! Lots of storage and some storage goes from one side to the other for long items. A/C, heat, fridge w electric or propane, cool rims, like new tires, electric brakes (can be disabled by unhooking battery). Buy it now is $8000, but if you have an easy deal with cash and arent very needy with camping questions or already know how to use it and want to drive off with it then we can surely make a deal below that. certified bank checks and paypal (may be subject to a 3% charge for fees) are accepted but CASH is king! anyways below are the specs:
