Beautiful little 13" 2016 "Scamp" Trailer being offered for sale with NO RESERVE! This adorable little trailer is sparkling clean and gets nothing but smiles and thumbs-up everywhere it goes. If you don"t like attention, this might not be the camper for you. It has only been used a handful of times, has been in Southern AZ since it came here from the factory in 2016 (has a build date of 9-2016), never seen bad weather, stored indoors, and is OCD clean. This is the 13 foot model with a front bath, and has more upgrades than the factory "Deluxe" package. Easy-to-clean vinyl flooring throughout. Sliding Screen Door, New Electric Hitch-Jack installed last month, along with new tires (originals still had the little nubs from factory, just been in the dry AZ climate, so replacement is cheap insurance) and has the factory spare. Mounted Stabilizer Jacks, Dual LP tanks w/Cover. Ice-cold Air Conditioning (roof-mounted 13,500 BTU), and the Heater (16,000 BTU with blower and thermostat) gets nice and toasty quick! Dinette folds into a (51" x77") bed, with extra storage space. Atwood 6 gallon LP hot water heater, 15 gal fresh water tank for dry camping, city water hook-up. Electronic switch-controlled heater. 3-Way refrigerator can run on 12 volt, electric and propane. "Progressive" 30 AMP Power Converter-Charger. 2-burner cook-top. New Interstate Deep-Cycle battery last month. Front bathroom includes a Marine-style toilet, shower with water-saving showerhead, and overhead vent-fan. Inside height is about 6" 2", outside height from floor to top of A/C is approximately 8" 3". 12 Gallon Fresh Water tank, 9 gallon black-water tank under toilet, and a 26 gallon gray water tank. Dry weight from factory is 1600 pounds and a GVWR rating of 2200 pounds according to the specs. This little guy is very light and can easily be towed by most any passenger car, just check your manual for towing capacity. Good clearance for off-grid/back-road travel as well. NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license 14 years ago. Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years.
