Camper Van Build details: - This is a completely custom, self sufficient off grid adventure van. *Insulation: - Floor: R-8 (rigid foam board sandwiched between .5 in. plywood and rubber) - Walls: R-13 (Fiberglass ecotech insulation, formaldehyde free) - Ceiling: R-8 (Fiberglass ecotech insulation, formaldehyde free) - Reflectix on every wall *Cabinetry: - All cabinetry are custom built oak cabinets. - This includes: Kitchen cabinets, underbed storage cabinets, bedroom upper cabinets, and storage bench. - See attached photos for pictures of all the units built. *Plumbing System: - 20 gallon fresh water tank - 7 gallon grey water tank - On demand hot water heater - Electric water pump feeds kitchen sink and outdoor shower. - City water inlet plumbed into system. - Winterproof plumbing system: plumbing is consolidated to one location with a low power heating unit as well as low point drains have been installed. *Propane System: - 20 lbs propane tank (standard grill tank) - The propane system feeds 3 appliances within the van: Dickinson Marine Heater, Atwood Range/Oven, and an on demand hot water heater. - Dickinson Marine Heater: Stainless Steel Marine purpose built heater, produces a dry heat which eliminates the common moisture issues that plague other camper vans. - carbon monoxide detector installed *Electrical System: - I designed a 24V 350ah power system. .that"s 8400 watts of power! - This system was designed to keep you off-grid indefinitely without needing to be plugged in! - Inverter: Samlex 24V 1500W/3000W (Pure Sine Wave) - Batteries: Deka AGM - Solar: Renogy MPPT solar charge controller and 320 watt LG panel - Charging Capabilities: Solar and Shore Power Inlet - I installed an onboard intelligent battery monitoring system by victron energy which lets you track the state of your battery system in real time. Very simple intuitive monitoring device. - Capable of running 12V, 24V, and 120V accessories - System is wired through both a residential breaker panel for 120V accessories and a 12V breaker block for all other accessories. - Integrated Samlex Transfer switch that automatically switches the van power system between shore power and battery power depending on which source is currently active. - Outlets located in strategic locations throughout camper. -This system can power a portable AC unit intermittently if desired. *Other Additions: - Custom built Aluminum Roof Rack: Full length of the van roof, strong enough for multiple people to walk on with gear, and sprayed with a raptor bed liner for durability - Fantastic roof vent (Model 7350): integrated rain sensor, remote, built in thermostatic control, and weather guard installed. - Thetford Porta Potti * The mileage on this camper is subject to change since I will be using it until it sells.*
