Condition: No smoking or pets in this RV ever, exceptionally clean! In beautiful well taken care of condition with less than 2,700 road miles and currently in an Overton, NV RV park. There are 2 specific exceptions to the condition for which I have deducted $1,000 to reach my sale price. Left the awning out one morning and high wind has made two small fabric tears though it is quite functional. The front of the RV faces the south and the Sabre logo has faded. That’s it, only my wife and I have used it and it’s in otherwise excellent condition. All the grey water & black water hoses w/supports, fresh water hose, extra portable water softener, and tire covers & chocks go with it. We easily towed this with our Silverado Duramax 2500 HD set up with rear air bags.
