Very clean, great condition, used slide-in truck camper.
This camper is in excellent condition. Every component is in perfect working order. It is clean, well-kept and leak free. All seasonal maintenance was performed in June: * All seams have been resealed and caulked. * All rivets and bolts have been protected with Rustoleum paint. * Roof has been coated with Henry"s Tropi-Cool RV Roof Sealant.
It is spacious and luxurious, with a surprisingly large sleeping area. It is well-appointed; with many electrical/USB outlets, overhead and wall lighting, and more-than-ample cabinet and storage space. It"s elegant. It was the top selling truck camper of all U.S. brands the year it was introduced—2016. I especially like the large picture window on the front of the camper. It adds to the ambiance, scenery and roominess inside the cabin. If you are a tall person, you will find that the bedroom area has plenty of headroom to allow you to sit up in bed and move around comfortably without feeling cramped or closed-in.
As for regular maintenance and upkeep: *We use a dehumidifier to make sure the cabin stays at a 50 – 55% humidity level, so it is always fresh and dry, with no excess moisture. *When we bought this camper, it was pressurized to insure there were no leaks. *The camper has been winterized. The water heater and all holding tanks are clean and empty. *There is a new anode rod in the water heater. *We keep the deep cycle battery charged via the 30 amp/120 ac adapter.
