This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with space for TV, Fireplace, extra large sofa bed with one tables. Trailer has 4 point self leveling system, one electric awning with LED lighting, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with large island and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around Queen bed, Its own TV area, Large closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door and skylight. 85 gl fresh, 98 grey and 82 black tanks. The trailer has Georgia Salvage Title due to Minor/Dents and Scratches. There is damage to the rear bumper, roof ladder, left side skirt long dent and two fiberglass cracks by the lower corners of the front slides. We bought the trailer from insurance company. All of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage. Trailer was towed from Georgia and is road worthy, Trailer is for sale by dealer, is now located in Rocklin California.
