Vehicle description
No consignment calls, please. Excellent condition with clean title. Original owner. This unit is listed on another site so I reserve the right to end the listing early should it sell on another site. All info is correct to the best of my knowledge; however, I am not responsible for errors.
Why am I unlikely to find a better version of this travel trailer? Do not confuse this unit with other Northwood Nash 23s! This model was highly optioned from the factory. I am including a good value of upgrades and accessories above and beyond a highly optioned model (about another $5,000 of costs) This unit has been lovingly and professionally maintained and is in very good/excellent condition What factory upgrades were included in this unit? Thermal pane windows which provide the following benefits: Better insulation from the heat and cold; better noise isolation from the outside; and reduced window condensation during the winter. (I never experienced any window condensation when camping in cold climates) Exterior marine grade speakers Upgraded, ducted 15K air conditioner. This is a must-have for camping in the Southwest 3.6K Onan LP generator. LP-powered generators are more reliable and require significantly less maintenance than diesel-powered generators. 50-watt solar panel. Bedroom fan vents. This two-direction, multi-speed fan allows you to create an air tunnel to very quickly exchange the air. Works as an air con alternative in the shoulder seasons. 12V power jack What upgrades did you add? Replaced the single lead-acid battery with two, deep-cycle, AGM batteries. These batteries are less susceptible to temperature extremes, require much less maintenance and can discharge to a lower state without being harmed. They also allow limited use of the microwave or toaster without the generator or plugging into power. Upgraded stock "C" load rating tires to Goodyear "D" load rating Bought a premium-quality weight-distributing hitches from the best brand on the market IMHO (Equalizer SKU 90-00-1069). This was around $900 installed and can be included with the sale if you desire at no additional cost! Added a 200-watt solar panel Added a 400-watt inverter to power appliances from the battery bank when it’s undesirable to run the generator Added a WeBoost Drive X RV (model 471410) cell phone signal booster. This was about $800 installed. Steel, locking battery cage Olympian grill, rail mounted, brand new condition! Installed a battery cut-off switch What else is included? I am including about $1,500 of RV supplies and tools so you you’ll be ready to roll. See the attached pics for some of the items included with the sale. I didn’t include pics of any interior supplies but we are also leaving many quality kitchen and interior supplies (e.g. electric kettle, blender, pots and pans).
Why are you selling? Our needs changed since we now spend about 10 months a year away from home for my wife’s job. We now mostly live in a motorhome with our two children so we wanted something larger, designed for full-timers.
