Single owner. Like new. Smoke and pet free. We purchased it to live in while my wife was pregnant and needed to be close to her specialist. Since then, it’s been hauled a total of 500 miles. Parked indoors, or under cover, every day it was not in use.
RV features plenty of space (easily sleeps 8) including a private bunkhouse for kids/guests, 4 slides, and an outdoor kitchen. The Bunk House is a large space with a hide-a-bed sofa, 3 bunk beds, a wardrobe, and built in bookcase with power outlets and TV hook up. A free-standing dinette table with 4 chairs provides a nice dining area, which overlooks the fantastic kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage. The kitchen was the #1 selling point of this RV for my wife. It has counter space and cabinets galore, a gas stove, residential size microwave, and double door refrigerator and freezer! The living room has reclining leather theater seating for 2 with cup holders and a console. There is also a leather sofa which seats 2, and makes into a full size bed. Comfortably relax and watch tv or the fire in the electric fireplace. Up 3 steps, you find the bathroom. Shower is 48” x 30”. The bathroom has a linen cabinet with doors, an open storage area, and more storage under the sink. Your knees won’t hit the sink in this RV. Past the bathroom is the Master Suite. A comfortable bed was my wife’s #2 requirement of our RV. We replaced the standard mattress with a 76” x 80” Eurostyle King mattress. Under the bed is a large storage area. Opposite the bed is a dresser and a tv mounted above it. There is a sitting bench to the side of the dresser, which also doubles as a laundry hamper. The nose of the RV is the master closet with hook ups for a washer and dryer. RV has a ton of storage underneath, just like you expect in a top notch 5th wheel. The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, sink, a storage drawer, shelves, and more counter space. We upgraded the hitch to the Reese Elite Airborne/Sidewinder Premium 5th wheel hitch. It enables you to make up to 90 degree turns, has an enclosed air spring in the pin box that absorbs shock, and creates a very smooth ride. It has new 12-ply Hercules tires that have less than 200 miles on them. We added the Steadyfast Stabilizing System which minimizes movement while set up.
