This is a custom built Tiny House on wheels (THOW) trailer. It is 40" x 8"4", plus the 7" top deck. It is the maximum towable size for a THOW. It is street legal WITHOUT requiring oversized load hassles. It has 16" on center cross beams. Electric brakes. Squared fender wells for easy building. Triple 8000lb axles. 24,000 lb capacity. We had the trailer custom built for our own Tiny Home. Then life and kids happened and Tiny is just not an option any more. So, we are selling it and trying to recoup a portion of our losses. It has never even been registered, has a clean title, and has not ever been touched or moved since its delivery. If the buyer is also looking for building materials we do have windows, cabinets, a sink, and some other building materials we had for it. If the buyer is interested at the time of purchase those will be available for sale as well at a discount, but I didn"t want to include them officially in the listing as many people have their own plans already.
