It was our first home and we babied it - we never wear shoes inside, no pets, no smoking, no kids - no damage of any kind other than a few small marks. It feels spacious and has high end systems throughout. This RV is in excellent condition and will last for many years. We have kept it near new. Our kids are both under 2 years old and have not spent any time in it. There"s no damage at all beyond a few cosmetic marks. Everything works perfectly and will continue to work with light maintenance. It"s an easy to maintain RV and requires no repairs. We have even kept the outside cleaned and waxed. Includes 2 more free extras: a brand new cell/wifi booster which I never installed - cost $550, plus a brand new $400 Curt hitch. Our hitch was replaced and the new one has less than 300 miles on it. You need to get the rails installed in your 1 ton truck bed. Please note: this RV will not tow with a 3/4 ton - you must have a 1 ton truck to tow this residential fifth wheel.
