This is a 2016 Keystone Passport 2770 RB Travel Trailer. Sleeps 5 with a convertible Queen dinette and a fold down sofa along with the main Queen bed. The mattress was upgraded to a Queen pillow top. 30 gal black water tank, 60 gal gray water tanks (2x 30) dual 20lb propane tanks with switch over. Roof AC unit and furnace. Gas and electric hot water tank. Gas and electric refrigerator. Artic cold climate package. Complete outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas grill that connects to RV propane. Power awning and outdoor speakers. It has been well maintained and comes with many added upgrades such as power jack tongue lift, king digital antenna, Maxxair vent covers, extra 2nd battery, 32 Samsung Smart TV in bedroom, Vizio sound bar, biometric safe installed, ice maker. Side Bar 400 liquor dispenser, lower cabinet slide outs, bed lift kit, too many storage and organizational upgrades to list. This unit has tremendous storage. LED lighting installed under cabinets, under bed, behinds the slides and window valances and in the closets. Remote sensing battery powered cabinet and drawer lights installed throughout. As well as very nice AC lighting also installed throughout the unit. When plugged in to power the lighting in this unit is very relaxing. This unit is move-in and driveway ready. It can come included with dish sets, silverware, pots and pans small appliances as well as all of the electrical and water sewer hook ups you would need including extensions. Along with an extremely heavy duty weight distribution and sway control truck hitch system. The roof was cleaned and rubber roof treated last summer. I also preemptively installed RV Roof Seam Tape on all the RV roof seems as added protection and future proofing. The 4 leveling jacks are manual but I use a Power drill with attachment which is included.
