I purchased this 6 weeks ago for a trip with my family. We had it fully cleaned and disinfected prior to our travel. I am now selling it, as I have no place to store this trailer long term. It served us great!
It is currently located in Las Vegas currently and viewable in the oversized lot of the Flamingo Hotel. If you go to the big Ferris Wheel (the High Roller), it"s in that parking lot and in the back area.
SHIPPING: If you"ve paid for the unit in full, I"d be happy to deliver it to the following locations or on the way to those cities from Las Vegas for an additional $400 Los Angeles Area, San Francisco Bay Area, Reno, Sacramento or Lake Tahoe
I am the second owner. It has a clear title. The prior owner, bought it new, lived in it for two years, and then his spouse passed and it sat empty for three years. I purchased it from him for a family trip we just completed throughout the Pacific Northwest.
This is the Keystone Hideout 27 RKDS WE and has an upgraded air conditioner, upgraded heater, and upgraded insulation.

The prior owner added a trailer hitch which is welded to the bumper and has had the bumper strength increased through an additional weld as well. He says it"s rated for 600 pounds. We were able to easily have a hitch extension, a steel platform and 6 adult sized mountain bikes on the back for our trip without any issues.
The air conditioner is an upgraded 15,000 BTU that blows super cold.
The roof is a full rubber roof without any blemishes or leaks. It is also still under warranty for another 5+ years.
There are some dings and dents and minor wear marks. There are two dings on the front of the trailer from where our tow vehicle slid against the front. Other than dings in the aluminum, nothing structural, etc. got damaged. My tow vehicle was a bus that had a shortened receiver, so tight turns caused some rubbing.The prior owner put a ding on the rear driver side near the outdoor shower, which damaged the plastic frame around the outdoor shower as well as the rear corner of the unit. It doesn"t leak, or cause any issues for the unit. Other than that, the exterior is pretty clean for a 5 year old unit and that is the extent of the cosmetic exterior damage.
On the interior, we replaced the one sofa with a futon frame and a more comfortable mattress. I have the original sofa in my place in South Lake Tahoe, CA (where I live) if you"re interested and I will include it with the sale if you want it. It was pretty worn and some minor tears.There is a ding on the kitchen counter where the counter top is slightly damaged, but nothing serious.The oven springs are a little loose, and I would replace them.
Other than those issues, everything else works great. The awning is fantastic and clean, the slideouts work easily, the fridge is cold with propane or 120 Volts, the burners are great, the water pressure is fantastic on shore water or on the road. The gas water heater works perfectly, and the TV and CD Radio, which has bluetooth are great as well and have outdoor speakers, bedroom speakers and living room speakers and you can choose which areas to have sound.
I"m including 2 x 12 volt deep cycle marine batteries I purchased for our trip that worked great for us and I purchased a new bamboo foam queen sized mattress for the master bedroom. It"s only 5 weeks old and has been used for less than a month and has had a mattress protector on it the whole time.
The NADA Value with the added items is over $20,000 low Retail. The base value is $15,900 and there are a lot of additions for the WE edition over the base edition. Here"s a link for the valuation:
