Trailer has 12 foot garage, Nice greay exterior, Three slides is approximately 39 feet long, with GVWR weight 17,000 lb, Dry weight of 13,398 lb, 112 gl Fresh water tank, 86 gl Grey, 43 gl black tank, 1 air condition unit (had 2), 6 point hydraulic self leveling, Built in 5,500 Onan generator with only 204 hours on it, fuel station and much more. Trailer has great lay out with large couch/recliner, Kitchen with solid counters, large double wide fridge Fireplace, and laundry connection in garage. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and full bathroom with a shower .
The trailer has Maryland Parts only Certificate due to right side damage. Trailer fell over on its right side and has major body damage . Trailer was towed from Maryland to California and is road worthy with no uneven tire wear. Main frame appears to be starit with no damage. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. We do not have insurance estimate or estimate for repairs.
